Kansa Lodge cordially invites all Arrowmen to the “first”
Section C-5B Conclave
October 21-23 at the Quivira Scout Reservation near Sedan, KS.
Join Arrowmen from Kansas and Missouri for three days of awesome fun,
fellowship, sports, ceremony competition, rock climbing wall and training in the
heart of blackjack oak country.
COST: $35 before September 28, 2005
$40 between Oct. 1-7, $50 after
Oct. 7 and walk-ins.

TRANSPORTATION:
Mandan Lodge will coordinate rides and pay for your gas if you agree to car pool
with other Arrowmen from the lodge.
At least 4 must
ride in a vehicle for the lodge to reimburse your gas money.
MEDICAL HEALTH FORMS – All Arrowmen must provide a
current Class 1 BSA health form (summer camp physical) with your registration
fee. Rock climbers and all adults over the age of 40
need a Class 3 form.
HOUSING – Arrowmen will need to bring their own
tent, sleeping bag, shower stuff, Class A uniform, sports clothing, and OA sash.
Be sure to remember mosquito repellent, sunscreen and other outdoors essentials,
too.
A trading post will also be available throughout the
weekend.
SECTION OFFICERS ELECTION – Section C5-B officers
for the 2005/06 program year will be elected during the Section Business meeting
on Saturday. If you would like run for the chief, vice-chief, or secretary’s
position you must complete the Section Officer Nomination Form and have it
signed by the council scout executive by no later then October 22.
