National OA

Central Region Sections were re-aligned on 1/1/04 and C-6B became part of Section 5. It was decided at the April 04 Council of Chiefs to cancel the Conclave.

We have a limited number of patches on hand. Think about it ...a Conclave that will never happen in a Section that no longer exists. Who knows, they may be collectable.  Anyway, all money raised from these patches will be donated to help complete the construction of the staff shower house at Spanish Peaks Scout Ranch, which is the location where the conclave was to have been held.
HURRY!  THEY'RE GOING FAST! There may be a dozen or so left!

Mandan Lodge wants to accomplish 2 conflicting goals with the few patches we have available on hand:
     1. Raise as much money as possible for the staff shower house.
     2. Help as many youth as possible obtain these rare patches.

The LEC elected to give the patches in return for contributions made at the rate of 1 patch for a donation of $10 or more by a Youth or a donation of $20 or more for Adults.  Scouting is based on the words and concept of "On my honor..." and we trust there won't be any cheating (i.e. adults having youth get patches for them at a lower donation).  Here is a convenient donation form if you want any of these.  So far we have raised $775 (Thank you everyone!)
