Mandan Training Center is located northeast of Dodge City, KS near Ford County Lake. Tent camping and running water are available all year around.

Non-Council/District Event Camping Fees

The fee for tent camping is $1.00 per person per day. The fee for staying in the dormitory is $2.00 per person per day. The dormitory has 88 beds available for use.

The kitchen and dining hall have seasonal water and restrooms, no heat, 1 stove, 2 refrigerators, pots, pans, and utensils; 10 tables, 50 chairs, and 6 picnic tables. Cost is $50.00 per day.

The commons area in the dormitory includes a kitchenette with counter, double sink, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and two electric ovens. Pots, pans and utensils are available. A restroom with shower is located in the hall off the commons area. Cost is $25.00 per day. Canoes and rowboats are available to rent for $5.00 per day. A minimal number of life jackets are available for use.
